In the summer months, I like to take a walk around the park, view the beautiful Berger water fountain from the park bench and then proceed over the bridge to marvel the view of the Walker Art Center and lastly visit the Minneapolis Sculpture Gardens.
In 2013, the Loring Park Greenway Association received the Downtown Improvement District “Best Community Involvement” Award. The DID grants’ awards for exceptional greening site within the downtown Minneapolis location.
